You, the customer are our Number one priority and so, we, at 99RDP provide a 24 Hours Money Back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service and are having any discrepancies with it. The reason for the above has to be mentioned and our qualified technicians would come up with the root of the problem and will provide you with a suitable solution. If by any chance, there are some discrepancies regarding our product, we ensure a safe and reliable guarantee for the refund of your money, as bound by moral obligation. Refunds on grounds of the pretexts mentioned below will not be accepted :

1. Ignorance about the proper usage of RDP

2. Unsuitable network connection at the client’s end

3. Other technical reasons at the client’s end that prevent him/her from using our product to its optimal efficiency.

4. Issues concerning third-party software.  ( If a 3rd party software or Bot is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)

5. Refund Policy does not apply to the USA/Admin Access product category.

6. No refund will be entertained on the Dedicated Server after provisioning/delivery of the server.

7. Invalid claims or silly reasons are NOT eligible for a refund.

*99RDP strictly does not condone Hacking/ Brute-forcing/ Mass Mailing Tools. They are illegal and hence clients will not be able to use them, with the servers provided by us.

Admin RDP Server Policy :

1. Our Server managers are at your service 24X7. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

2. No encoding of videos is allowed in admin RDP servers.

3. Server maintenance will be done occasionally which may involve restarting a server.

4. There Is No Refund On All the Admin Access Product Categories Like Any Private Plan/Residential Plan/Dedicated Plan.

Private RDP Server Policy :

*1. We Don’t have any Refund Policy for our Private RDP Servers.
*2. If we found any server fault (hardware related), we will fix it as soon as we can fix it (depend on hardware & holiday).
*3. We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered.
*4. VPN/Proxy is not allowed on any plan except the Dedicated Server, and no refund will be entertained.

Note 1: If you violate our ToS, no refund will be made at any cost.

Note 2: You agreed to our ToS and Refund Policy during payment, hence PayPal / Payza or any other payment mode will also read our Policies and make refunds based on our Refund Policy.

Note 3: If you don’t agree to the above Rules/Restrictions, then please DO NOT place the Server / RDP  order.

New Update Note 4: There is a Fastspring Paypal/credit card commission cost of 2.5% of the charged amount plus $2.14 which will be deducted for a refund.

New Update Note 5: If you raise the dispute on Paypal then you’ll be no longer to pay again through Paypal/Card gateway. And it’s Fastspring policy. The refund usually take up to 3-4 days so please self-restraint yourself before calling us, scammer.

New Update Note 6: No Refund on Residential Plans, If your IP not working then create a support ticket they will change the IP and assigned a new one for $6-$8.
